Reproduction WW1 German Wound Badge in gold, awarded for five or more wounds received or complete loss of sight or hearing, or severe disfigurment or brain damage suffered in the line of duty. This badge was also awarded posthumously.

This is the cut-out version of the 1918 First World War Wound Badge. The badge is worn below all other awards on the left of the chest.
